A few tips to make good use of this resource:

Use the filters at the top of the table to refine your search (eg by sector, geography etc)
Most of the job boards offer some kind of notification system (a newsletter, job alerts etc), so do sign up for those to get notified about specific job opportunities.
When you do find a job you're interested in, check on LinkedIn to see if any Georgetown folks work at that organization and reach out.
Some of the job boards below also have communities around them, so you may consider joining those for additional networking and professional growth opportunities.
